If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your purchase for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price at any time within 30 days of receiving it.
For exchanges or returns, please follow these guidelines:
- You must first email us at service@SunsafeRx.com or call customer service at 1-213-222-8140 to request a return. In doing so, please let us know the reason(s) for your exchange or return. We are continuously striving to offer outstanding customer service and make the best product possible; any constructive feedback you can provide to help us continue to improve our products and service is greatly appreciated!
- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend sending exchanges and returns via an insurable and traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation so your package can be tracked.
- Include a copy of the sales receipt, invoice, or email from the original purchase with your exchange or return.
- Please include ALL the bottles you wish to exchange or return, including unopened bottles and opened bottles with all remaining product.
Exchanges will be made promptly upon receipt and inspection of the purchased merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the same account that was used to make the purchase within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the purchased merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
